The route to get here is magical and the cave itself was recognized as one of the most important and beautiful in the Greek territory. The village of Kapsia, typically Arcadian, has a long tradition in winemaking and its wines have a great reputation.
Continuing the wonderful route, one finds himself in the arms of Mainalos. Above Neo Kardara, about one kilometer away, is Ano Kardara. A hug in the mountain that is offered for rest and enjoyment. Even the new infrastructures that were created keep the traditional, strictly Arcadian character. The view is unobstructed and the eye is full of green. It is one of the most popular destinations for winter discoveries. Very close, at nine kilometers, is Ostrakina and it is a feast when it is covered with snow.
